The Escape!

This week for the 100 Word Challenge we had to write a story about Alcatraz and what it must have been like to be in there. I really enjoyed this challenge! Please comment on it!

Aaarghhh! Please don’t do this I have got kids and a husband! Please just take all my money.
‘BOOM’! Put your hands in the air now! 
Do it!
You can’t do this to me! I didn’t mean to hurt anyone I just needed the money!
Well you can cry that into your pillow, wait I forgot you’re going to jail! Nevermind!

I will escape! And when I do I will kill all of you! 
It was night time and all the guard were asleep. Perfect! Snap went the bars. Yes, finally! Life in the Alcatraz was torture. 

I am free! Or so I thought?

The Trip

This week for the 100 Word Challenge we had to use these words in our stories: Violin, Eaten, Yellow, Airplane and Swept. This was a little bit challenging since I like to write long stories. Please comment on this! Thanks!

Mr and Mrs Johnson have a very successful daughter called 

April. She got an A+ on her Musical Studies and also got a scholarship to Harvard. Her parents were so proud of her they took her on a trip to Hawaii.

They were at the Airport, on the YELLOW AIRPLANE and were heading off to Hawaii. They had EATEN their Breakfast because their flight was at 7:30am.
April had brought her VIOLIN on the trip since she loved playing it in front of crowds of people. The AIRPLANE was taking off. It SWEPT off the ground and the family was on their way to Hawaii! Everyone was excited!

Mr Johnson and Mr Williams are great friends they love to do things together.

“ Do you want to play a game of chess?” said Mr Johnson.

“Yes! You get to win for $10!” said Mr Williams.

“ I think you mean you get $10 if you win.” said Mr Johnson.

“Oh…” said Mr Williams.

So the two men set off to play a game of chess in the park. “Do you want to to get lunch?” said Mr Johnson.

“Yes! Pay the last one there!” said Mr Williams.

“I think you mean the last one there has to pay.” said Mr Johnson.

Mr Williams didn’t realise that Mr Johnson was a statue.

The Ghost

“Bonnie I need you to scare the life out of Miss Hibbert’s! For this trick to work you need to tell her about a ghost who haunted St Clare’s. ” said Ashley.

“Knock, Knock” “Yes darling?” said Miss Hibbert in her calm but cold voice. “Well...I had been up for about 2 hours and suddenly as the flame flickered and then went out I saw a ghost. It was suddenly a coincidence. You see, once, there was a girl was so upset she ran away with a lantern in her hand. The wind blew the lantern out. And suddenly she fell off a cliff to her death.

Blurb:

This was a really difficult 100 word challenge. We had to include these five words in our story: Silence   Orange    Thunder    Pyjamas   and Swam. It was a really good challenge. I hope you enjoy! Please comment on it!

It was swimming sports. The whole school had had all the races as it was now the time for the pyjama relay. My team went shopping and we bought the same PYJAMAS. We looked like ORANGE oompa loompas. . 

Bamm! The wood had been clapped. Zoey was flying like a bullet. Everyone stopped. There was SILENCE. There was THUNDER. 

Everyone knew what this meant. The ground was filling up with water like a tap to a bucket. We SWAM as fast as we could. Peter Williams was swimming with the sharks. Literally. As soon as the water came in sharks came to.
